Hi, I'm Imogen Lacey
Imogen is an HR Generalist with a passion for getting the best out of people in the workplace. She's also a qualified HR Generalist and Mental Health First Aider with wide ranging operational and business partnering experience across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on talent attraction, recruitment methodology, employee experience and health and wellbeing initiatives.
Prior to embarking on a career in HR, Imogen has a background in the travel industry and ten years spent in senior sales roles in the UK. A relative newbie to New Zealand, Imogen she loves working with leaders who are driven by passion and purpose, and have a keen eye on becoming an employer of choice in their field.
