Resolve workplace conflict before it escalates

Independent, impartial mediation to work through disputes before they become formal.

What is mediation?

Mediation is a confidential conversation between the parties involved, run by an independent, impartial mediator who does not act for either side. It's often the fastest, least disruptive way to resolve a dispute before it escalates into something formal.

How it's different from an investigation

An investigation establishes what happened. Mediation helps two or more people find a way forward. Which one fits depends on the situation, and we'll help you work out which applies.

Impartiality

Our mediators are genuinely independent and do not take a side. That's what makes the process credible for everyone involved.
